Karen Neuburger (KN® LTD.) and Crown Crafts Infant Products, INC. (CCIP) Launch Karen Neuburger Infant Bedding

Karen Neuburger (KN Ltd.) and Crown Crafts Infant Products, Inc. today announced the launch of a new line of Karen Neuburger® Infant Bedding. The partnership between Karen Neuburger and CCIP brings together the style, comfort, and design expertise of Karen Neuburger with America's number one manufacturer of infant bedding. The Karen Neuburger Infant Bedding will debut at the 2003 International JPMA Juvenile Products Show in Dallas May 2-4.

The Karen Neuburger Infant Bedding line offers consumers a range of infant soft bedding products that reflects Karen Neuburger's signature comfort and design philosophy as seen in the Karen Neuburger line of products from sleepwear to designer bedding. The Karen Neuburger Infant Bedding collection includes comforters, fitted sheets, crib bumpers, dust ruffles, and diaper stackers. Each collection will be based on original licensed designs from the Karen Neuburger lifestyle and home collection.

According to the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA), the growing market for juvenile industry retail sales for 2001 was $5.75 billion. Sales for 2002 are expected to show an increase. "We think the market for nursery bedding and accessories is a natural fit for Karen Neuburger. With Crown Crafts Infant Products we have a licensee partner that understands the Karen Neuburger comfort and design philosophy and can translate that into quality products that our KN customers have come to expect from us," said Jeff Casner, senior vice president of licensing for Karen Neuburger.
